After this discussion, Cheltenham Mortgages will go away and work on your priorities and areas of concern, based on what you feel is important to you and your family or business.
IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS
After working on the various ways to help your financial well being, we ’ll suggest some ideas for your consideration.
As all our clients know, it is entirely up to them whether they take up our suggestions, but on a business level, if clients are completely happy that our ideas and suggestions match their circumstances and that the cost of solving the problem is within their agreed comfortable means or budget, then they agree to do business.
Our service does not stop there though. We can see clients at least once a year, more often if they wish. This is for two reasons, for us to keep abreast of clients changing circumstances and to keep the client informed of any changing legislation / budgets and how it may affect them.
All we do ask, is that – on the basis that clients are completely satisfied with the work, whether or not we do business – they recommend Cheltenham Mortgages (purely on a introductory basis) to people they may feel might benefit from having a talk with us.
That’s the way we work with clients, but firstly, you have to be perfectly comfortable with this in order for us to move forwards together.
